Cape Craft Sportfishing boats

Looking to buy my first new boat for family & flats fishing. Mostly use for intercoastal, near shore & island hopping. (Maybe an occasional 2 mile run offshore) The Mrs is very skiddish. (other boat's wakes & the smallest of waves freak her out) We've found the Cape Craft, 20CC to be the best layout; size, storage & just the make of the hull itself but can not find any info.This must be a new manufacturer. I'm in need of some input about this hull & the manufacturer.

just from looking- the capcraft, key largo , and a couple others look exactly alike inside and out. are all these the same parent company? just curious if anybody knew. maybe look around and check the prices on the key largo if it is the same boat.
