I finished a rebuild (for this year, at least) of an late 60's/early 70's (pre HID) Starcraft Capri 15' with a '69 Evinrude 55hp. I took it out for some tubing over the holidays, and I realized that I need a swim platform for it, because dragging people over the gunwale is usually less than efficient (but pretty funny). I tried and rejected the rope ladder method. I've been looking at the Garelick swim platforms, but I'm concerned that they may be too large to fit on the transom. Does anyone have any experience installing a swim platform on this boat?
