Carb Adjust 225HP

I have twin 225 1998 Ocean Runner, 6 carbs on each. Book says to set the idle mixture screw 5 turns open after rebuilding. This worked fine but they are not smooth at Idle. Any ideas on fine tuneing the mixture.

Whatever makes 'em idle right. I've seen motors that ran best at 7 turns out. Of course the rough idle could be caused by a lot of things.
