carb adjustment procedure

1966 1100 inline mercury

3 carbs, 2 points, 2 condenser, 2 coils.


i have a manual but it does not show or provide the procedure how to adjust the choke or idle mixture & air mixture.

i think i maybe running too lean because i had the idle mixture adjusted to 3 1/2 turns

reason my motor runs rough and dont response when shift to forward at high speed.

any input is great
