Does anyone know of a site with detailed carb adjustment procedures for this motor?, or are you willing to send/post the procedure?

any carb on anything. petrol volume screw, count turns to fully closed, remember these.....clock wise. and then turn anti clock wise 1.5 to 2 turns open, where ever she sounds even, you might have to turn up revs on throttle screw on carb first, and when she sounds even on volume screw, readjust rev screw again, making sure she dont conk out when put in gear , if so turn up revs a little more

That's not correct for this motor. Actually the best thing to do is a complete sync and link procedure. The top two carbs on the 100 hp 2+2 motor only have one adjustment, the idle mixture. There is no idle speed. That is hard set by the design with a small hole through the throttle plates. They all should be closed completely. The bottom two carbs don't have any adjustments.
