Carb. ajustments 1975 70hp johnson {70esl75e}

I just rebuilt the Carbs on this motor, the Seloc manual says that the type 1 Carbs, for this otor has fixed low and high speed orifices , How can you adjust the high and low speeds if they are fixed???

The only adjustments that you can really make are prop, throttle position/linkage and spark advance....probably why there are so many 70's era outboards still kickin' :lol:
