I just baught a carb repair kit. I replaced the float, needle and seat. Removed the large aluminum cap acleaned the 3 holes out. removed the idle mixture needle and cleened that area. It seems to start and idle much better now (maybe perfectly). However, the kit came with 2 more aluminum caps ( much smaller) what is under those? It seems pretty tricky to remove them. I am trying to maximize my, full throttle, power of course. Do I need to remove these small caps or replace any other carb parts?
I thank you for any tips or advice.

If it runs perfectly, you can forget you ever saw them. Those side passages don't pass much fuel and rarely ever need cleaning.
