Rebuilt the carbs last fall with oem parts. Start it every week in off season. Primed the fuel line today and fuel pouring from this hole on top carb. I'm guessing it's a stuck float but figured I'd ask before I pull it.
Looks like the image may be too large so it's the very top centered single hole above the carb throat.

Yes gentle taps or remove carb drain bolt and shoot carb cleaner in there.

As for the pictures, you can go to camera settings and dial back on the quality to send faster but most likely it's your Internet speed.

Crosbyman might have better advice.

Thank you, gents. I tapped and also removed the drain plug and sprayed some carb cleaner up there. Purring like a kitten again and no leaks.
I'm glad I posted here before pulling the carbs!!
