I'm about to do a fuel pump and carb rebuild on this engine and I'm having a hard time determining the fuel line size that runs from the t fittings to the carbs. It's the second carb rebuild in two years so I think those old ones are the culprits.

Thanks!

Some of the fuel lines under the cowl are bulk hoses. Some are special part numbered hoses which are heated at the factory at an angle. If you use bulk hoses in those applications, they can kink, restricting fuel flow. Check out the factory exploded parts diagram at their website: epc.brp.com It will show you the correct ones by part number.

Thanks for the response. As far as I can tell based on searches through the supercession chain, there's only one pre-bent hose, which is fuel pump to tee (332843, unavailable). The rest are "cut from 25' roll." If I could find part #319733 I'd use that, but searches have been unsuccessful. I believe the inside diameter is 5/32". Has anyone replaced these lines recently, and if so where did you source the hose?

Yes, the hose is obsolete, but a number of Bombardier dealers across the US still have new stock, for instance: COUICK S MARINE INC, 3613 PROVIDENCE ROAD, WAXHAW, NC, 28173 phone: 704-843-2155 email: info@couicksmarine.com part in stock: 2 pcs of 0332843. The factory bulk hose is 5/16" diameter and the 2014 version (superceded) of that hose is 772564-a stock item with most dealers.

Thanks! Appreciate the help.

EDIT: 319733 is the carb connector hose (5/32")...my earlier post wasn't very clear. The fuel pump hose is 5/16". <Just for future search reference.
