Hello just wanting to know where I can find the carb gasket kit for my carburetors and maybe even the float needle. Here are pictures of the carbs and motor. It is a 88 force 125 hp 2 stroke 4 cylinder engine with 2 carbs. It looks like he # on the carbs is 016069....

mercury dealer has your kit.

Carburetor Repair Kit FK10103-2

You need one for each carb.

$75 on ebay, $85 at dealer, $95 on Amazon.

Did you destroy the parts in the carb?
Like I always say "you might just need a can of carb cleaner and a new gasket"

The Parts kits might be a disappointment.
Seems the float, IF?? included is one that doesn't fit ANYTHING!!!

Just needing the gaskets... & possibly the float needle. It wasnt leaking before I cleaned it but no telling the last time they were replaced.. I have had the boat 8 years & this is the first time they have been off the motor... rubber tip looks good but maybe a little shrinkage

.

Sorry but:

iboats doesn't sell the complete kit according to the search function AND the parts diagram lookup.

""Your search returned no results.""

And more importantly, buying the full kit from Merc is the only way I've been able to find the needle for a couple of years.

Now if he only needs the 2 bowl gaskets and the intake gasket, iboats does carry that, Part # FK10023, for ten bucks.

I'm not familiar w the particular motor or its carbs, but copyed and pasted the part # from your post,
FK10103-2, punched it into the search box on thbe iboats engine parts home page (not the specific Merc parts page, and got the following results

And clicked on the result and got

YMMV

Your search returned no results.

? ? ? ? ?

Multiple search functions on the same site, specific to only one area ????
Guess this is one of the reasons why I've been buying local.

So ok B B Upch, if you can find it, buy it here.

The 88 125 carb needle/seat
FK10107

The seat in the carb is probably a pressed in seat.
Your chances of breaking the carb are really good.
If the needle has a rubber tip then leave the seat alone!!
Post a CLOSE UP pic of the needle.
You might not need anything but a good cleaning.
