carb kit help

i have looked at several carb rebuild kits but cant find any that have the metering rods with them. can anyone get me pointed in the right direction? carb is on an 89 evinrude 120 v4

I believe you are referring to the high speed nozzle's. They are not included in any carb kit. Can you tell us why you need to replace them?

as i was cleaning one out, my wire got stuck and broke in side and i broke the whole damn thing trying to get it out... slick move huh?

You may well have to replace the carb in this case. To my knowledge, that nozzle is not replaceable, or for sale as a seperate part. This carb should not be hard to find used.
