Quick question, I bought the manual for the above motor and have read the directions on how to set the carb needles. Only question, on this motor there are two Carbs , each with a needle adjustment. Is the top considered slow speed and the bottom considered the high speed, or are they both considered slow speed needle adjustment screws. If they are both slow speed adjustment, does it matter which one I start with first. Motor now runs great at WOT but not very smooth at idle speed.
