carb problems merk 115 inlinesix 84

I put the boat in time over the weekend it was out 6 degrees on the pickup timing and the spark advance was on but its still bogging on the holeshot.
I tried the mix screws again i think i got those right bu i took the bottom one all the way out and the engine kept running that cant be right so does my problem lye in the bottom carb or is it somthing else ? does any one know?

I am not positive about this but I think I read somewhere that motor idles on the top two carbs.

That motor runs on all six all the time.

As discussed, that motor can run on 4 cylinders easily. It sounds like your bottom carb is clogged, has a fouled plug or has water ingestion.
