Carb question

I have a 175 Omc with a holly carb. The boat ran fine last year when started getting it ready for the season it would not start. seemed to not be getting gas. I changed the fuel filter and still nothing. If i prime with a little gas through the carb the boat kicks over. not sure which way to go

Sounds almost like you have an IO. Maybe a 4.3? If so I'd bet you could get more attention in the IO / Inboard section. Perhaps one of the Mods will be kind enough to place it there for you if thats what you have.

might try fresh gas and maybe a new fuel pump.
