Carb rebuild kits

I will be rebuilding the carbs soon on my '68 55 hp Rude. I have noticed pretty good prices on Sierra kits. Are they any good, or should I get something different? And do the kits come with instructions or should I just plough through my service manual?

Cant comment on the Sierra kits, as I always buy OEM, but they will not come with any instructions. A service manual is needed, especially if it your first time. Check out the FAQ regarding carb cleaning by Tashasdaddy, it will help.
