Anybody have a good way of removing these so they are re-usable?
I am going to give the carbs a chem dip and need to take the plastic off.
Thanks for the help in advance.

OK so are the carburetors really dirty ??-----Pictures of inside bowl ?----------What is your motor doing / not doing ?-------You might have to destroy those bits and install new ones after.

I use Pine Sol and leave all plastic on. Or OMC Engine Tuner.

Does the choke plate have two small screws holding the plate to the shaft? If so you should be able to remove them and slide the shaft out.....

Those screws might be " staked in place " and removal can result in problems with damaged threads.

Thanks for the reply.
Carbs were dirty. I gave them an initial spray with carb cleaner after I took them apart.
The motor has not ran in years.
When on the water it will bog until after half throttle.

That black plastic connector can easily be removed from the opposite side. Use a needle nose pliers and it will come off without much effort.

OMC Engine Tuner is still the best cleaner out there. You can put plastic carbs in it and it won't hurt them yet it gets them clean.
