carb. trouble

I cleaned the carb on my Evinrude serial #10024A-02250 I DON'T know what hp or year it is .but I forgot to check how many turns the needle valves were turned out before took them out . I can't get it started again.I would like to know how many turns out and what year and hp it is if anyone knows. Thanks Taz
