Any Mercury dealer should be able to help you. You can go to
www.mercurymarine.com to get a list of dealers in your area. As to the specific problem itself...Either the auto-choke isn't working, in which case you buy another one or the carburetor isn't working correctly, in which case you have it cleaned again. You might want to look at your fuel, fuel tank and fuel line before you spend anymore money as one or all may be causing your problem. Keep in mind the smallest bit of trash or water can completely screw up your carburetor. You clean it, the trash screws it up again. Its a vicious cycle.
