carberator help

when i pump my bulb to start motor i see fuel comming out in the throat of the carb . its a mer 9.9 any help would be appriciated

Inlet needle in carb bad or float level bad, Toby.

try adjusting your float and cleaning your carb .

thanks guys, promblem fixed i had lever in carb upside down. da. thanks again for all the help.
