I have a 1992 Johnson 115 hp V4. I took it out for the first time the other day and as im throttling up it sounded like it was struggling to catch speed. Like wouldn't get on plane, but once it finally "caught" it got on plane fast. Its idling rough like when im just cruising through a no wake zone just idling rough. Another problem i'm having is my steering is loose. Could it be the cables? Or something else?? AND when i have it full throttle its like the boat is going through the water at an angle. ANY IDEAS FOR MY PROBLEMS???
