Carbon build up on plugs

Wow, I am really getting alot of carbon build up on my plugs, cleaned them prior to putting 3 hrs on the rebuild last SAt. and wow i could pick it off after the trip. still running the 25-1 nearing the 10 hour. I have 10 gallons of gas left in the tank and this weekend i plan on putting 15 gallons @ 50-1 in. really worried about the build up, is this normal?

I have it also.<br />the top cylinders look fine but the bottem one hase black deposits on the insulater wich are much darker then the top ones.<br /><br />probbebly its normal bud we have to be shore.
