That depends on the amount of power needed to push the boat at that speed. if you are in the sweet spot of the 150 it should burn less fuel. If you are above the sweetspot, it can burn more fuel.
You can make a pretty good guess by looking at the throttle setting. If you can run the 150 motor at about 5/8 open (no more), it should burn less fuel than the larger motor. if you have to open up the 150, to 3/4 throttle or more it can burn more fuel than the larger motor.
