Carburetor rubber slipping after speed

Hi all friend

This ia my 2nd time i bout the carburetor kit and fixed the bowl, by putting new rubberin between bowl and top and everytime whwn i take my boat to water and speed whwn gas comes in Carburetor. Rubber slips and gas satrt leaking, there was only one middle screw i tight again and this time little more tighter but again whwn i went for fishing and speed, after an ht atsrt noticing gas start leaking and motor wont start, open cover, see again tubber seal slip and came out a little cause gas to leak.

What you guys think how i can fix it.

Which gasket kit are you using??? If its the red ones they wont work as rubber is not fuel compatible...
