this might be a silly qiestion - I have a 93 glastron with what appears to be the original carpet - nothing "wrong" with it, jsut very thin and faded. I was wondering if its is possibel to simply apply new carpet over the existing carpeting? Will the glue hold the new carpet down? Not sure if im up to pullign the old carpeting out.

Re: Carpet Install

I would pull the old carpet out. There is no way I would try to glue it straight to the old stuff. But that is just me.
