I just recarpeted my bass boat and im looking for the rubber or plastic trim that goes on the edges like in newer boats. Anyone have a clue where i can get this?

Try an RV repair shop or commercial carpet distributor.

Pinch on windlace, is what your looking for. Most boat shops carry it, or you can try jc whitney. Alot of cars from the '60s-'70s where full of it.

I was searching for some parts for a old resto car, 68 chevelle, and came across some trim that was a good match for what i was wanting; without having to spend a ton of $ from the boat shop.<br />Thanks Guys!

local auto parts have something like door edge protector... might be what you want
