anybody can give me a little help,i fishing out from little river jetti out to atlantic ocean,i located some ledge and rocks,how far out i have to go to get grouper and snapper.
Where are you fishing? what state and city?I fish offshore in north east Fla.and when we go grouper and snapper fishing. We use mostly live bait.A 50lb.class rod and reel outfit with a about a 8 to 12 oz.egg sinker. A 4 to 6 foot leader with a circle hook. I fish with power pro line 8olb.on a 4/0 reel with live bait because I can feel the bait swimming on the bottom and I can feel the fish bite better than mono.
