Caution for Florida boaters

The ray jumped out of the water and struck a woman sitting in a boat that was underway at about 25mph. I guess you know it's your time when something like this happens.

that is just bad luck. like rndn said, it must have just been that woman's time to go. those eagle rays are everywhere in south florida, i see them pretty much every time im out in the boat. cownose rays too. they will startle you when youre quietly fishing and one jumps and makes a giant splash right behind you.
