CD-13 5.5 HP Johnson Engine will not Tilt

You recently helped me with the impeller installation but now I am experiencing another issue. The engine will not tilt upward on transom of the boat. I tried everything to raise the engine including prying it. It just will not budge. Can you give me a refresher course on how to raise it?

Thanks for not replying, I can see why. I had forgot that when I had taken the motor down, I had also tightened all the screws and bolts. The bolt from which the tilt is fastened was way too tight to allow movement.
