CDI or Sierra

I have to get new switchboxes for my 150 Mariner; the Sierra boxes here on iboats are $23.00 less than the CDI boxes. Is there a difference in quality for these boxes, or is it a Kleenex vs. tissue kind of thing?

Lets see which company is the most helpfuf with trouble shooting and has a 2 year warrenty -- That would be CDI, we have never had a failure with a CDI part.
