Will a bad cdm module aka coil cause motor not to get over 2500-3000 rpm? I assumed it was the high speed windings on stator but it tested good. Trying not to keep throwing money at it. I test all cdm's and I have one that shows nothing from high output lead to ground all others read 1050-1350. All diodes in all 6 cdms check ok.
