Had a flood on ground level during a boiler failure.Laundry room adjacent to boiler room had very old tiles .I just finished scraping the last ones up.Cement slab floor now.Anyone have experience covering cement slab floor.Looking for simple ,plain and durable.Thinking vinyl sheet or self stick tile ,high traffic .Washer and dryer will occupy approx 6 feet of a 13ft room.Any experienced ideas are welcome. Thanks Charlie

Similar situation here Charlie, except it was my sump pump. After my flood I installed Armstrong 12”x12” VCT (vinyl composition tile) with commercial adhesive. Since then we’ve had a couple minor events (pump float sticking) and the tile cleans up just fine, no edge curling or discoloration. Just my 2 cents.
