Re: Central Machinery?

Ralph, the only Harbor Freight experience with Central Machinery tools I've had has been a good one. About 4 yrs ago, I bought a combination air brad nailer/stapler for $19.95 and its been perfect. I've run probably 100K brads and staples through it and it hasn't jammed a single time. It has outperformed a Stanley- Bostitch that my son shelled out over a hundred bucks for.

yeah,, me too.. i really like their stuff..
altho it's not USA made.. they can/tend to make junk.. but in their high-end stuff,, it great product.. an great price..

one thing to consider,, how hard to replace, aline, sharpen blades.. with 'central' products,, it's usaually good an they supply great fool-proof blade 'jigs'..

also,, check out GRIZZY(.com ).. also a great tool (afforable ) products..

Central Machinery is the label HF puts on most of their imported stuff.

For the "Non-pro" the stuff is ok. If you are a serious hobbiest, perhaps an inexpensive DELTA would be a better choice.
