I would run it for a few minutes and drain it and the filter until the oil stopped turning to milkshake.
My experience with car type motors is about 3 times. I use the cheapest oil and filter I can find.
Wasn't your OB sent to a mechanic you know to be taken care of. If so, why would you want to change oil and filter again so soon. Recovering a submerged OB in fresh water is more friendly than if submerged on salt water. Is it just for your peace of mind ?
