Change Upper Seal on Lower Unit - Yamaha 200 HPDI Z200TXRC

Can anyone point me to the seal kit needed for the lower unit seals (under the water pump)?
Is this a hard project to do for the first time?

sounds like you have not gotten you a Yamaha service manual for your motor yet.
get one.
it will tell you a lot.
specs, procedures, and what tools you need to do the jobs you want to do yourself.

I do not think there sell seal kits for this, you just buy what parts you need seperatly.

I guess you are only trying to change the drive shaft seals, what about the other seals on the lower unit?
did you pressure test to see what all needed to be addressed?

Thanks. Yes, I have the manual but I saw it mentioned about getting a 'kit'. Pressure test revealed it was upper seal. If I can't fix it myself I have to wait for the marina... already late.

Manual should state step by step what needs to be done and if any special tools are needed.

Just looking at a parts break down it looks to me you drop the lower unit, remove water pump and bearing housing.
change the seals in the housing and then put it all back together
