Changed stator now Flywheel sticks 1988 85hp

I changed the stator yesterday and put the same flywheel back on. Do i need to get a new flywheel kit too? I sanded the magnet and cleaned it good. It spins slower and wont turn over. I seems like it was a lot tighter than the old one. It is the correct stator. Oh ya, and i found that they do not make flywheels for these anymore. Any ideas?

Battery is good. I also tried jumping it when trying to start because it was draining it after a while.
