Changes you made over the winter

With the new boating season coming up it is now time to unveil the changes/ mods you have done to your boat over the winter.
List your boat and the changes you made , complete with pictures
I will start but I won't have pictures until next week


ZODIAC FASTROLLER 325 ACTIVE V HULL

1. Added a Bimini top
2. Upgraded my VHF radio from a Cobra HH350 to a Uniden MHS135DSC with GPS
3. Added Bow storage
4. Added a better under seat storage
5. Added a Deluxe Highback Go Anywhere Seat
6. Added a new 10 pound Propane Tank that fits in the under seat storage
7. Outboard Motor Lock
8. Upgraded electric air pump to Bravo BP12

Currently working on
Modifying a Kayak Dolly for use with my boat
Connecting my Uniden VHF/GPS unit to my Lowrance Elite 5. Fish finder/Chartplotter/Gps
Adding Navigation Lights

Upgrades:
1) went from a 6hp 2 stroke to a 15hp four stroke (have not tested under load yet).

2) got my self a yellow top motorcycle battery (don't know what i plan on connecting to it yet.

More upgrades coming stay tuned....

Winter upgrades:
carpet plywood floor
cooler (as my bench) with foam seat cushion
minnkota power center
minnkota endura 30 (plus motor mount)
small tool tray for holding my anchor in.

had a chance last week to ride it and it was awesome. Today did not use the floor because i had a long and hard setup time and water entry last time.
