Changing 150 to 200

What all would be envolved in changing a yamaha 150 carb engine over to a 200 yamaha injected engine both are 2stroke ?

Thanks J.B. am going to take a ride on the boat with the 150 this coming saturday so will see if i like it. If it is OK I may just stay with the 150

asked the question today at the show if it would be worth changing motors and I was told that unless i wanted about 4 more MPH it probably wouldn't be worth it. This is a used boat so it wouldn't be like just upgrading a new one.
