Ok, I know im going to sound foolish, but I had an alternator belt snap and need to replace it. I figured since its behind the power steering belt, I will change that one as well. So I see the spacer that needs to come out to get the alternator belt in there, but is there an easy way to replace the power steering belt? I thought maybe just loosten the mount, but the power steering pump has no play to move it closer to the engine due to a hose jammed in there. Does the pulley (on either side) come out easily?
No photo at the moment, Im at work. But i can get one up later

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,.... The P/S pump, 'n alternator are both on the port-side of the motor, Right,..??

It sometimes takes abit of fananglin', but the belts will fit in between the mount, 'n crank pulley,....

Just pull the spacer block, remove the ole belts, 'n feed in the new belts,...

The P/S pump should swivel in it's mount, kinda like the alternator, but abit different,......

Agree with others, it takes a bit of doing. Many have found it easy to put a jack under the engine at the harmonic balancer and pick the engine enough to hold the weight. Then remove the spacers and replace the belts. Some have gone so far as putting another set held behind the pulley's, but I would not recommend.

Either way you do it, once done recheck engine alignment
