I know it is my boat and I can do with it as I wish BUT .. I have heard is is bad luck to change a Boat's name . Mine still has the same name on it when I bought it last year and I am thinking about changing it.

I like the first suggestion of partying with the gods on the front of the boat. Apparently they don't drink much and like any drunken date, all you have to do is:
1) get a "half a heat on"
2) tell them you love them
3) tell them you plan to see them again on your newly named boat

and they will fulfill your wish

awesome, I love boating

It is extreamly important that every detail of the name change ceremony is perfect. For a mear $29.95 plus shipping (me) , I will garentee that the celebration is perfect. You can select the champain and dancing girls.
