Changing crank case oil? Before or after Winter?

Should the crank case oil be changed as part of winterizing or part of summarizing?

If you really think about it, then it makes a lot of sense to change the oil at the end of the season to remove acids, sludge, etc. so it doesn't sit in your crankcase all winter to screw up your motor. Good Luck!
