Changing from a 1994 50 hp Johnson to Force

Need to know what will change on my controls going from a 96 johnson 50 hp to a 94 Force 70 hp. Do I need all new steering controls or just a new remote with new throttle shift cables.

i am buying a 16.5 lowe model 1605 bass boat the boat hase good care & maintence my question is will the alternator maintain my electric trolling battery & starting battery togather or should i use two deep cycle batteries & recharg them when i get home witch i will do anyway is this to much load on the alternator ?

Most small outboard alternators don't put out a lot of juice. But you should post this in the Electrics & Electronics forum or the Johnson & Evinrude forum for best results.
