I got all the gear oil out, its green color. Now, all i could find in my local stores(I checked walmart, napa, auto zone) is lower unit gear lube that comes in a tube. I am not sure if that will work or not. Where can I find the oil for it and what kind?
And i could not find new nylon screw seals, napa said its a special order that will take a week? Where can i find them?
Hand pumps are avaliable at autozone for like four bucks, but the end doesnt screw on, its just like little hoses on each end.

Be sure that it is high viscosity. It will work, but you will need more than one; the gearcase capacity is 38 ounces.

Did you check the dealer locator to see if there is someone nearby? http://www.evinrude.com/en-US/Find-a-Dealer

Click the service choice and use your area code.

magnet goes on the bottom.

fill from the bottom until oil comes out the top.
put in the vent screw first then the plug.
if too much gets out before you get the plug in, top it off from the top.

They make a plastic pump for the quart size bottle, about $10, with a fitting that screws into the plug...makes things so much easier. sometimes walmart has it, or basspro or academy sports or west marine.
