Changing leg oil 115 Suzuki

Helping a buddy get boat ready for summer. When changing the leg oil I noticed 3 screws, one says flush, one says fill and the one on the very bottom of the leg has no label. What is the procedure for changing the oil in the leg? The motor is a 1990 115hp Suzuki
