changing my engine

well i made a big mistake and didn't get all the water out of the engine block of my 1983 305 chevy small block I/O now i have to replace it along with the exhaust manifolds. i need help. i will be getting a motor from rapido and will be getting the heads on with it. now i need to find two manifolds and i need to know what kind of spark plugs and wires to get and what ever else i need to know about getting the new motor into the boat. thanks in advance.. oh forgot to tell you what the boat is it is a 1983 century 3000br.

I would imagine replacing them with like components would be the Best Bet.....
