Changing My Power T&T

I got a new motor for my boat. Ive finally set a side the old 1970 60hp Johnson!
I bought a 1997 Evinrude 2 cylinder. The guy I bought it off of said its a 40 hp but its actually a 60 hp because its got a outboard jet its a 40hp???
Either way it doesnt have a power T or T.
But I found this and my question to all you gurus is... Will it work?

Does anyone know where I could find a good deal on one that will work, while remembering I live in Southeast MO?

I don't think that will work.
I think you will need 2 CYL trim which is single cylinder
Need model number
