Changing old oil 140 (3.0) engine

Engine has not been run for 15 years. Wondered if there is an oil flush approach. Years ago they used to use kerosene
to sit in a drained engine after turning engine over (start disabled), for a day or so to clean out any oil turned to sludge.
Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks

After 15 years not sure I would try, but maybe use diesel instead of kerosene, its less flammable and cost less.

Think if I really wanted to try and use it, just take it apart and see if its rebuildable
