Changing spark plugs

I have a 1976 Mercury Thunderbolt 115 outboard and I would like to change the spark plugs- I have purchased new plugs NGK -BUHW and I am wondering if I just take out the old plugs and replace or do I need to worry about setting the spark arc or any other issue?

Those are surface gap.. nothing to set

Just my two cents but I recomend a drop of oil on the threads, it may not be needed on two strokes. They should be installed when the engine is cold and tightened to the recomended torque.
