Can soneone please tell me the ohms resistance in the charge coil of a 1983 johnson 7.5 hp ???<br /><br />Thank you

I don't have the specs for your 7.5, but I would guess around 575 +/-75ohms (from 79-15hp)

I loaned my manual out but I seem to recall from 500 to 650 ohms does that strike a note with anyone?
