charger hooked up backwards

Hi, so I was hooking up my 1amp charger/maintainer that I bought from walmart and I accidentally put the + on the negative battery terminal and the - on the pos terminal. I noticed after about 60seconds and switched it back.

Now the charger doesn't seem to work. Do you think this damaged the battery? or would it just fry the charger?

No damage to the battery. Probably blew the fuse in the charger. Easy fix

Yup thats exactly what happened. A new fuse fixed the problem. Thanks!
