2005 mercury 40 hp, i notice my tach. wasnt working , then notice my volt meter was reading 12 v instead of 13 v ,like it nomaly does . does any body knows how to check the rectifier/regulator or what eles i can check. plus where is it at. couldnt find any blown fuses or loose wiring. please help
